Grand China Tour Yangtze River Cruise, Fenghuang, Guizhou, Guilin

Day 1. Arrive Chengdu
On arrival, you are met met and escorted to the hotel to check in.

Day 2. Chengdu,
This morning tour the Panda Breeding Center, the best place to see
Chengdu”s most endearing residents.Then continue on to Sanxingdui
where you may begin to explore Sanxingdui Museum with its remarkable
collection of archaeological artifacts spanning 5,000 years of culture
in the Chengdu area. Later visit Wangjianglou Park, known for its
scenic cedar wood pavilions and bamboo forest.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Day3.Chengdu/Chongqing
After breakfast,drive to Chongqing . En route, visit Dazu,famed for
its Buddhist archaeological sites. Lunch in Dazu; sightseeing includes
monumental Buddhist sculptures at Beishan and Baodingshan. Arrive
Chongqing in the late afternoon and check into the hotel.

Day 4. Chongqing
Today”s sightseeing includes the highlights of this mountainside city,
well known for its covered outdoor marketplace. Visit the Stilwell
Museum, with its collection of World War ll memorabilia of the famed
Flying Tigers. Enjoy panoramic views of Chongqing from E Ling Park,
and visit Ci Qi Kou Old Town with its Qing dynasty homes, tea houses,
shops and old docks. This evening, board your Chinese Victoria Cruise
Ship to begin your memorable cruise downstream.

Day 5.Yangtze River Cruise
Set sail in the morning. Time to explore the ship”s many facilities
before afternoon arrival at Fengdu. An ashore excursion takes you to
see Fengdu”s many Taoist Temples.

Day 6.Yangtze River Cruise
Cruise through the first of the fabled Three Gorges: Qutang Gorge
,framed by steep mossy cliffs. Then, sail on through Wu Gorge,
celebrated for its 12 peaks. At Badong, transfer to a small cruiser
for an exciting excursion on Shenlong Stream to view its breathtaking
small gorges. Next, sail through Xiling Gorge, the last and most
scenic of all the gorges. Finally, pass through the dramatic Three
Gorges Ship Lock.

Day 7.Yichang /Zhangjiajie
This morning, stop at Sandouping to view the historic Three Gorges
Dam, the largest hydroelectric project in the world. Disembark
Yichang and take a train to Zhangjiajie where you check into the hotel

Day 8.Zhangjiajie
Zhangjiajie is famous for its exquisite forests, which are home to
huge, leaf-covered stone pinnacles that rise right from the level
ground.In this lovely fair land ,you will see  yellow stone stronghold
and  Golden Whip Brook

Day 9. Zhangjiajie/ Fenghuang
After breakfast, drive to Fenghuang(220km) On the way, visit
Mengdonghe Scenic Zone and Huroug Old Town. Arrive Fenghuang in the
later afternoon . Overnight in Fenghuang

Day10. Fenghuang
Fenghuang is famed  for its beautiful landscape, unique culture with
Miao & Tujia People”s custom, and the birthplace of serveral
celebrated Chinese personages such as Shen Congwen etc. Here mainly
living Miao and Tujia people.Today”s tour visits the Southern Great
Wall, Flagstone streets, Tuojiang River, Stilted houses, ancient
temples and piers

Day 11. Fenghuang/Zhengyuan
Today, drive to Zhenyuan(170km).Located on eastern part of Guizhou
Province, Zhenyuan has long been an ancient town of the Miao people.
Its long history endows the town with many rich and generous cultural
relics, making it much like a historic garden. Sightseeing includes
the old street and famed  Black Dragon Cave. Overnight in Zhenyuan.

Day 12. Zhengyuan/Kaili
This morning , take a drive to Kali(108km) . Visit Langde Miao
village,Datang short-skirt Miao village and Mt. Thunder God. Overnight
in Kaili

Day 13. Kaili /Rongjiang
This morning visit a  Long-skirt Miao Village. Then on  to a village
nearby to see the pottery-making. on the way , explore a Shui People”s
Village located in a deep valley. Arrive Rongjiang in the late
afternoon.

Day 14. Rongjiang /Zhaoxing
After breakfast , visit Yintan Dong Village.  Then tour Basha Miao
Village noted for men”s hair dresses. In the afternoon, drive to
Zhaoxing,the largest Dong People”s Village in China Overnight in
Zhaoxing

Day15. Zhaoqing
Sightseeing today includes: Tangan Dong Village,Diping Shelter Bridge
and Dong Peoples Village . Tonight enjoy a stunning Minority Dong Show

Day16. Zhaoqing/Sangjiang
After breakfast , drive to Sanjiang (80km).Visit Sanjiangs Chenyang
Wind & Rain Bridge, Tangan Dong Village noted as the first ecological
museum of Dong people, and explore the Dong villages nearby, Overnight
in Sanjiang

Day 17: Sanjiang/Longsheng/Guilin
Drive to Longsheng (80km) . Visit the most spectacular Terraced Fields
and the Yao Peoples Village in Longsheng.A  walk up the stone covered
paths and steps shows l the famed Dragons Backbone, which is called
The champion of the terrace world. Visit Zhuang village and Yao
minority villages, and Pingan village, the architecture is unique as
no nails are used in construction.. Arrive Guilin in the late
afternoon where you check into the hotel.

Day 18: Guilin/Yangshuo
A deluxe cruise on air-conditioned boat along the Li River to Yangshuo

Fly to Chengdu this morning where you take a connecting flight home.
